This page describes what data the miaumero.com website collects and what we do with it. It covers the early access form on this site, not the Miaumero app itself.

What we collect

Through the sign-up form, filled in by a parent or guardian:

parent's email;
preferred app language;
child's grade — an optional range, no date of birth;
type of device used for practice;
an optional answer about difficulties with math practice;
technical marks about how you found the site (UTM tags and the referring page);
the fact and version of your consent, and the date of submission.

We deliberately do not collect the child's name, exact age, school, photos, a child's email, or practice results through this site.

Why we need it

Only to run the beta: to select a test group, send an invitation and beta-related emails. We do not use the addresses for third-party advertising, do not sell them and do not share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the Western Europe region. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare's policy).

For how long

Until the end of the beta program, or until you ask us to delete your data — whichever comes first. After the beta ends, the waiting list will be deleted or replaced with an explicit new subscription.

Your rights

You can at any time find out what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to remove your email from the list. To do so, write to hello@miaumero.com from the address you used in the form. Deletion is completed within 7 days.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymised visit statistics with no cookies and no cross-site tracking.

Changes

When this page changes, we will update the version and date above. If a change affects what you consented to, we will ask for consent again.
